This was the 1st time I didn't buy locally. Nina Shaw was my sales person she was very knowledgeable about the SUV I bought, she was nice & friendly, the transaction went very smoothly. Miss Shaw goes up and beyond, she calls or texts us during the purchasing and follows up even days after the deal is completed. She is a gem! Everything went good other than being a little lengthy from entering the door until leaving it was a 5 hour process and i didn’t like that I wasn’t informed before I bought the car that it only had 1 key from entering the door until leaving it was a 5 hour process and i didn’t like that I wasn’t informed before I bought the car that it only had 1 key but other than that the staff was really good with helping and finding the car what we wanted. I will be back again maybe sooner than later because the transmission is slipping in the jeep I bought. More
