Good Dealership with a lot of inventory. Nima who was the Sales person was very patient and showed us all the inventory on a rainy day. We purchased the car purely because of this guy. On the other hand there was the floor Manager Hamza who was just the opposite. I would fire this guy if it were up to me. He was very insensitive made personal insults and spoke a lot of nonsense. He was useless as he had no idea of the process and the cars. He was just shooting his mouth off with stupid things. As an example, He called my trade in car rubbish as it was Red in color. He said no body buys red cars and I was stupid to buy one in an attempt to reduce my trade in value. The funny part was that they had 3 red cars on display at the dealership at the same time. He did not honor the KBB value of my car even though their website said they would pay KBB +1000$. I hope the owner Ray Malhotra takes note of such unprofessional behavior and takes appropriate action. More

The car purchase went quite well. All good. The Finance side of the experience was not as good. We verbally agreed to an extended warranty that included 80,000 incremental miles, but the contract that was presented to me, which I unwittingly signed, was for 80,000 total miles. 4 weeks later, I'm still trying to resolve that issue.
