Nic and financial person, may have been Tom again, uncertain, worked something out for me to do. Finally, with only their help, was I able to purchase the vehicle. Ever so relieved! I spoke with an Internet Sales Consultant who answered my initial questions and worked with me to set up an in person appointment to look at the vehicle and take a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was helpful and welcoming. I worked with my salesman to get a walk around of the vehicle and take it for a test drive. My salesman worked with me to take the vehicle on the type of test drive I wanted to take to make sure the vehicle fit my needs. When it came time to purchase my salesman went over all the packages and prices, made it clear what the packages covered and which ones were optional. My salesman also made sure I got all Toyota incentives that I qualified for and made the process as smooth as possible while keeping me informed. I recommend this dealer and this salesman, they listened to what I wanted and there were no tricks or high pressure sales tactics. More
