Went to look at 2021 Maserati Levante Granlusso Oct. 15, 2024. Had issues with scratches and needed brakes. Niko the sales guy said they will fix brakes and all the scratches. Niko called me Oct. 24 15, 2024. Had issues with scratches and needed brakes. Niko the sales guy said they will fix brakes and all the scratches. Niko called me Oct. 24, 2024 stating car is all done. Purchased my 2021 Maserati Levante Granlusso Oct. 25, 2024. The paint job was horrible. Maserati Dealer said to take the car and they would call me the following week to re paint it. Well, Steve Soto (Manager) called me Nov. 5, 2024 to drop off my car but I already dropped my car off Nov. 2. 2024 at SPEED DEMOND in Holy Hill, Fl to get painted. Speed Demons said to me this is UNACCEPTABLE for the BENTLEY MASERATI DEALER to sell me this car looking like it did with OVERSPRAY ALL OVER AND WRONG COLOR PAINT they used for the drivers side doors and bumper. Not to mention the RIVOT that was in the Bumper. So to paint the bumper Speed Demons charged $1800.00. I go to pick up my car Nov. 9, 2024 only to see the 2 doors that the Maserati Dealer had also got painted doesn't match cuz they used 2 shades darker paint and you could still lightly see the long scratch that went from drivers side door to back door. So Speed Demons felt bad for me and said he will paint the 2 days for an additional $1500.00. Oh, I also had to purchase Gran Lusso Badges (chrome) because whoever painted the door painted the Chrome Granlusso Badge smh. I'm suppose to pick up my car Nov. 23, 2024 $3,300 total for this paint job. Niko is Salesperson Steve Soto is Manager More

The salesman, who has since been fired, was incredibly inappropriate with me on our test drive. The manager Louis then handed me off to a new sales person. The paperwork was lost. And it took four hours t inappropriate with me on our test drive. The manager Louis then handed me off to a new sales person. The paperwork was lost. And it took four hours to buy a car that should’ve taken two since I already gave them all my trade-in data. The new salesman said I would get a second key. The tag on the first key even says one of two. But the manager refuses to provide a second key. The title guy told me he would be able to provide me a second key and that is not happened. I feel the manager is Not professional. His communications have been very “hipster like I was his buddy. I am still waiting on the second key. No one seems to care. This dealership is very lucky that the salesman did not touch me during his inappropriate behavior. I should’ve walked away From the purchase of the car, like I tried two different times. Since they know, I live out of state and come back every summer, there seems to be no respect. I’ve been nothing but professional I do not recommend this dealership. I especially do not recommend this manager. He cares more about the cost of a key than a returning customer. More
