Niko was very personable, showing us the car that would be available and when. he met us each time we came back, explained car and set up who we had to talk with. John walked us thru car features and said be available and when. he met us each time we came back, explained car and set up who we had to talk with. I was pleased with my truck purchase from Ferguson. Niko kept me informed and answered all my questions and was able to get me a great deal. However I wasn’t really happy that nothing was said about the decals on my trade in until I was in the back office filling out paperwork for the new truck. We had agreed on a trade in value before I had even come in and then to find out that they were going to take 500$ off the trade value because the truck had work decals was kind of concerning. They had received pictures of my trade in WITH the decals on it so I believe this should have been brought up before I even came up to test drive. If that’s had been brought up, I would’ve had 2 days to remove them before making the trip to test drive. Instead I find out after the fact and then have to rush to find a detail shop to remove them. More
