I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and I have been extremely happy with my purchase. The service rep that I deal with Niko is absolutely amazing, very polite, courteous, and efficient. Let me tell you my last service visit I was charged an additional 3% for paying by credit card. What type of Lexus dealership tax on an additional 3% for using a credit card. In my opinion, they have reduce themselves to a level of a nail salon company like Lexus should not be adding on any kind of percentage for using the credit card. Either absorb it in the cost of doing business or Don’t do it at all. It’s tacky especially for a luxury car dealership. when I got the phone call. Asking how my service was. I explained my disappointment in the 3% charge and there was no empathy instead I got “well you could have paid by check or debit card.
