The sales guy was great but they sold me a 2017 Tacoma Truck that was unsafe. they did not disclose that it had been a Fire Rescue truck on the beach in San Diego. all the rust and sand had been spray pai Truck that was unsafe. they did not disclose that it had been a Fire Rescue truck on the beach in San Diego. all the rust and sand had been spray painted over both underneath & any where it showed. Worst of all the vehicle was UNSAFE with both rear Leaf Springs broken. numerous mechanical things were rusted and near breaking: Fan shroud Broken at bolts, power steering cooler rusting out, steering rack leaking. over 16 items not related to normal wear & tear, especially for a vehicle with 25,000 miles on it. So far, they dealer has given me the run around and wants "their mechanic to talk to my mechanic." At this point, i will be going to WSADA to report they sold me an unsafe vehicle and covered up major deficiencies. More

As soon as I started working with Corwin Ford of Tri-Cities they were misleading and deceitful. The sales person said he would reimburse me on a flat tire that truck came with and when I sent him th Tri-Cities they were misleading and deceitful. The sales person said he would reimburse me on a flat tire that truck came with and when I sent him the bill I was never reimbursed. The truck also has a 172 point inspection which was not done. As I first got into the truck and drove away I started to notices issues with the truck that are said to have been checked in this 172 point check. After moving to trying to get ahold of management I have only been ignored of my email and phone calls. I would recommend going anywhere else than Corwin Ford Tri-cities. More
