I purchased a non-Ford that was “Blue Certified” as a used car. Things that were promised as part of the “Blue Certified” program vehicle and not delivered: - 11,000 Ford Pass points for purchasin used car. Things that were promised as part of the “Blue Certified” program vehicle and not delivered: - 11,000 Ford Pass points for purchasing a blue certified vehicle - Copy of the CARFAX report - SiriusXM three-month trial - Full tank of gas at purchase - New wiper blades - Fresh oil change and new wiper blades not provided I ended up having to pay money out of pocket to send a certified letter via USPS and open a Better Business Bureau case to get them to cancel a service contract I no longer needed. This finally got them to act on the cancellation of the service contract and for me to receive the Ford Points. The rest of the things that come with a “Blue Certified” car as specified in their “Blue Certified” pamphlet specifically specify that you will get a Full tank of gas, new wiper blades, and fresh oil change. None of these things were done, I ended up having to go to a different dealership to get the needed service done on the car which was more money out of pocket for a supposed “Blue Certified” car. Bob was very helpful and accommodating with health concerns due to the Corona virus. The dealership was friendly and accommodating as well. Service department was great as well. I recently visited this dealership and worked with Bob W. This is my 3rd car bought from and I will continue to only deal with Bob. He has excellent customer service skills and knows alot of knowledge about This is my 3rd car bought from and I will continue to only deal with Bob. He has excellent customer service skills and knows alot of knowledge about all vehicles. He made the process fast and enjoyableNo matter what dealer hes at I will always buy my cars from Bob. I recommended him to multiple family and friends and they say the same thing about Bob! Keep up the good work!!!!! More
