Based on this interaction I was disappointed. I was interested in buying a new 2025 vehicle either Santa Fe or Santa Cruz, but the price offered by Chris was a few thousand over both KBB & Edmund I was interested in buying a new 2025 vehicle either Santa Fe or Santa Cruz, but the price offered by Chris was a few thousand over both KBB & Edmunds fair prices, so I bought one elsewhere, and got a much better deal. Gateway and our salesman John Trygstad were superb! ! I would highly recommend them to anyone. He spent 5 hours with us helping us find the vehicle to meet our needs. We went in not knowing exactly what ! I would highly recommend them to anyone. He spent 5 hours with us helping us find the vehicle to meet our needs. We went in not knowing exactly what we wanted and the entire time John was extremely patient showing us a variety of new and used vehicles even test driving 3 different vehicles. What’s nice about Gateway is the ability to look and test a large variety of different vehicles all at one dealership. Overall extremely impressed with everyone at Gateway!! More
