I had called several days in advance in reference to battery, under prorated warranty, replacement. I spoke with a lady and she stated how much it would. She put me on hold several times to verify prici battery, under prorated warranty, replacement. I spoke with a lady and she stated how much it would. She put me on hold several times to verify pricing; and I gave her the purchase date of battery from another dealership. I scheduled the service and arrived at dealership. I spoke with Nigel Young, service advisor. He stated the price, etc was a different amount then what the employee told me over the phone. I stated to him, time, dare, name, etc of the person I spoke to. Mr. Nigel Young was nasty and didn't care or checked to see if information was correct. This is not the first time I've dealt with Mr. Young. I asked to speak to a manager. While I was in the waiting area, an older man walked with Nigel Young back towards his desk srea and stated to him that he was a cold motherxxxx**. They thought it was funny. I spoke with Mario Herrera, whom did his job as a manager, as a representative for Scott's Nissan, and checked the phone conversation because it was recorded. He was able to verify that what I stated was correct. Mr. Herrera took care of the issue with a smile and understanding as a Manager should do when dealing with customers. Thank you for your help and correction as an employee and as a manager. Thank you for going that extra mile to verify what a customer states that an employee stated to him; otherwise, I would have still been dealing with an employee without compassion, understanding, or just the correct customer service etiquette. I regret to share my disappointing experience with Scott Nissan's service. This marks the third instance of encountering subpar service that reflects a lack of commitment to quality customer service and int Nissan's service. This marks the third instance of encountering subpar service that reflects a lack of commitment to quality customer service and integrity.My initial interaction with Scott Nissan was four years ago when I purchased a car from them. Unfortunately, even during this purchase, their finance department added an unauthorized maintenance service to my account despite my explicit refusal. Thanks to the intervention of my sales representative, the extra monthly charge was eventually removed.Recently, I visited Scott Nissan to trade in my 2018 model for a newer car with lower mileage. The salesperson, Donte, exceeded expectations in ensuring our satisfaction. However, my optimism was short-lived as I faced the finance department once again. Despite being nervous due to my past experiences, I believed everything had gone smoothly. Regrettably, upon reviewing the contract later that day, I discovered a different unauthorized monthly charge had been added.Having to return to the dealership for adjustments was frustrating enough, but my troubles continued. After driving the car for only a few months and covering less than 4,000 miles, I noticed the tires needed air. To my astonishment, a visit to Discount Tire revealed the tires were bald, despite being assured they were in fair condition by Scott Nissan. After extensive back-and-forth, my car specialist and salesperson had to advocate for me to convince Scott Nissan to cover the cost of new tires.This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with Scott Nissan's overall approach. It's disheartening to encounter a lack of integrity and genuine concern for customers' well-being. Their behavior only seems to change when customers push back repeatedly. While Donte's exceptional service was a bright spot, it cannot overshadow the series of unfortunate incidents that have marred my interactions with Scott Nissan.I hope my feedback serves as an opportunity for Scott Nissan to reevaluate their practices and prioritize customer satisfaction and honesty in the future. More
