I brought my 2024 Accord in for a recall on my fuel pump. They also rotated the tires . My appointment was at 10am and to drop off the car. The service advisor Nicole was very polite but needs more trainin They also rotated the tires . My appointment was at 10am and to drop off the car. The service advisor Nicole was very polite but needs more training. She neglected to review the work order in full and only booked me for a tire rotation..when I came to pick up the car she told me I forgot to inform her that I dropped off the car for warranty work..As a result Liberty ille Honda needed to reschedule my car for the warranty work and had to Uber me home until later I wasted 3 hours of my time because she did not verify the work order first I'm sure with more attention to detail she will be a good service advisor..
