Curry Subaru did a fantastic job with a Rye “driveway delivery” during a pouring rain storm. Bait and switch pricing Bait and switch! My husband and I are shopping for a used Forester and saw a new listing here with a price of $15,987. We live far away, so we called Bait and switch! My husband and I are shopping for a used Forester and saw a new listing here with a price of $15,987. We live far away, so we called to confirm the price and ask if there was anything wrong with the car - they said "Nothing wrong. We just dropped the price as it's been on the lot for awhile." My husband took the next day off work, rode the train for 1.5 hours, had his dad travel from Connecticut to drive him to Curry Subaru only to be told "No, no...That price on Autotrader is a mistake. The car is $21,000." Even though they had confirmed the price on the phone! Is this even legal? Horrible ethics. More

2018 Subraru Impresa My son and I walked into Curry Subaru and was greeted by sales consultant Marc Debenedictis. I was interested in the Impresa model since Subaru was of My son and I walked into Curry Subaru and was greeted by sales consultant Marc Debenedictis. I was interested in the Impresa model since Subaru was offering 0% financing for 36 months. Marc offered me a test drive on the demonstration model and I accepted. While getting in the car I spoke with sales manager Eric Erbsland and his mechanic about a possible trade in. Now we were in the car and Marc was explaining to us all the features and new technology this car has to offer. After he answered all my questions, I test drove the car to the holding lot where there were a lot of Impresa's to choose from. I found the Impresa I was looking for and test drove that car back to the showroom. I had a few questions for Marc and Eric and then we closed the deal. I meet with the finance offer Klitos Manuel. He explained the basic and extended warrantees and finance options I had. While the Impresa was getting prepared for delivery, Marc had already highlighted and tabbed the need to know information about the Impresa and discussed these issues with me. Next Marc set up a complementary oil change in six months and introduced me to the service and parts department personnel. I had to leave for work and my son remained at the dealership. When the car was ready to be delivered Marc explained the details to my son and drove the car home. When I came home later that evening I found a ribbon attached to the inside drivers mirror along with a congratulations card attached. What a nice final touch. Two days later I received a follow up call from Marc wanting to know how is everything going with the new car. I told him I was very pleased with the car and the service I received. More
