This has been & will only ever be as long as JP & Nicole K. is here, like he always has been for me and my whole family, the only dealership I will ever buy from. I have purchased 5 vehicles from JP in 20 years at Wayne acres ford and I have ALWAYS had outstanding service from every single staff member I have talked to and encountered. I have had every vehicle serviced throughout the years of owning my vehicles too. The service I have recieved has been immaculate! There will be no other dealership that I will go to or trust. This is the only place and JP is my only guy I will buy from. God forbid JP doesn’t work there any longer lol I will own my last vehicle. Wayne acres ford is the best, one and only, professional, amazing service, trusted and well respected dealership! More

Wayne Akers Ford is hands down the best dealer, with all the services to the highest standards. All staff members are professional, punctual, and extremely polite, making you feel treated the best anyone ca the services to the highest standards. They pick up the car for maintenance, bring it back, and everything is as easy as possible. Just sip your morning coffee and give the keys to the guy who picks up, and that's it. Highly recommend! I dealt with the collision department to replace my vehicle’s hood due to factory paint defect. The whole process took me 3 months! There was absolutely no communication from the dealer, they picked up vehicle’s hood due to factory paint defect. The whole process took me 3 months! There was absolutely no communication from the dealer, they picked up phone once when I called during this whole time. When the hood was replaced, they forgot to install the insulation shield so I had to go back again. Overall, extremely frustrating situation mainly due to lack of communication. More
