The staff was very nice. Complimentary coffee/hot chocolate and popcorn were available. I had a very long wait (5 hours). Service did not initially diagnose issue and I wa Complimentary coffee/hot chocolate and popcorn were available. I had a very long wait (5 hours). Service did not initially diagnose issue and I was told to leave and come back if problem persisted. Not 2 blocks later, warning light came back on. Nicole told me to drive right back to dealership if warning came on again and leave car running. I immediately drove back and they diagnosed and fixed the problem. Also, waived diagnostic fee for inconvenience. . More
