We had a very positive experience with our purchase. We saw the vehicle we wanted online, went in and test drove it, then bought it and drove it home the same day. I bought a tunnel cover through Ford using my points and $1200.00. That was way over priced. I found out later I could have bought same one at a topper place for only $800.00. I should have done my research before I bought it from Ford. Right after it was put on I showed the guy that put it on that the seal was coming off. He just shrugged and said it would be fine. Then it fell off & got caught between the tail gate & tunnel cover & my tail gate would not shut. So then I showed the service writter it fell off & he said he had to order part through Ford. 3 weeks later I called to get status. He said opps, I forgot to order it and need to take pictures of it for warranty work. So I brought my truck in for him to take pictures. Then he had to go to Ford for approval on warranty work. Called after a week & he said still waiting for approval from ford. More
