First thing is I wonder what the purpose of scheduling an appointment when they’re just going to look at your vehicle when they’re ready. I dropped my car off Saturday 3/29 with a scheduled appointment of 11 appointment when they’re just going to look at your vehicle when they’re ready. I dropped my car off Saturday 3/29 with a scheduled appointment of 11:30am. When I arrived to drop my car off, I was told that they may not get to look at my car until Tuesday 4/1! Again, what was the purpose of scheduling an appointment for Saturday just to say its not getting looked at the same day. I understand that they may not repair it the same day due to parts or tech availability however if thats the case, DON’T SCHEDULE THET TYPE OF WORK. Then I requested a shuttle home since I only live 2 miles up the road and I was told that they don’t have shuttles on the weekends!!! This is really setting the employees up for a soon to be very irate customer. Also, I was told they did not provide loaner vehicles although I have had one recently. After paying $15 to Uber for a 5min ride up the road, I was home. Days passed and Tuesday 4/1 comes around. The joke was on me that day expecting a call with an update about my vehicle. I patiently waited until after 4pm to see if someone would actually call me. (I expected no call due to this same scenario happening less than a year ago at the same dealership). I then noticed that my vehicle hasnt moved from the spot it was parked on Saturday due to a GPS tracker I have installed. I called the dealer and was told my advisor was out. So was anyone going to at least give me an update?? I was told they were just about to call….. Honestly, I find that VERY hard to believe. Once the problem was diagnosed the process was smooth and only took 3 more days to get my car back which I totally understand due to ordering parts, etc. More
