The Service department was fantastic and the professionalism of the staff will keep me coming back. I was there to have preventive maintenance performed on the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Nicole was ho professionalism of the staff will keep me coming back. I was there to have preventive maintenance performed on the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Nicole was honest about the recommendations and even gave an estimate of what my next visit could be. I was really appreciative of how the Service team treats their customers. During my visit I was approached by Chris, I assume Christina, who asked about the Jeep and why I was there. We talked about a lot of things and the topic of trade in came up. I asked if she was trying to sell me a car and she assured me she wasn’t. Technically what she said was correct, her job was supposed to go over options. Chris the sale manager was the person who was going to try to sell me a car. I wasn’t there to buy a car, I was there to get my vehicle serviced. In the end, Chris (the sales manager) said he couldn’t work the deal out to get to the payment I currently make. Which I was fine with but he seemed disappointed. Then asked if I could go to a monthly payment of 1100 or 1200 a month. Clearly he didn’t get the message I would not go over a 1000 a month. Clearly he was more interested in the sale than the needs of the customer. The service department understands the needs of the customer More
