I came in for my IONIQ 6 16,000 miles complimentary service and the rep recommended cabin filter replacement and alignment, so the total service time took longer than I would have liked. But I’d rather service and the rep recommended cabin filter replacement and alignment, so the total service time took longer than I would have liked. But I’d rather they take their time to do things right. The overall experience was good, although the soda fountain did run out of ice and it was a particularly hot day. More

I expected a little better from the technician. They checked the cabin air filter. It was filthy, and some of the leaves that fell off on the floorboard were left there.
