Carlos made our whole experience very easy. I’ve dealt with a number of dealerships and sales associates, Carlos is definitely the best. He made us feel heard, appreciated, and respected, which I’ve dealt with a number of dealerships and sales associates, Carlos is definitely the best. My wife and I leased a 2023 Kona and picked-up the car yesterday. Nick Von Kaenel (salesman) and Anthony Petruzziello (sales manager) did an excellent job every step of the way. Having purchased / lease yesterday. Nick Von Kaenel (salesman) and Anthony Petruzziello (sales manager) did an excellent job every step of the way. Having purchased / leased cars for 50+ years, this was, hands down, the best experience ever. No hassles, no gimmicks, and no (unpleasant) surprises. I would definitely use this dealership for my future auto needs. I've read the negative reviews regarding the service department, so, while we were there I went to see for myself. The service department was a busy place, but when I asked to speak to a manager to get his response to these reports someone came over right away, listened to my concerns about future service visits and made me comfortable enough to complete my deal. I hope that when my vehicle needs service I'll be able to give the shop a 5-star rating as well. More
