I have absolutely no complaints other than the price of parts and service. It was a lot. No personal touch at the dealership. I bought my new F350 last year and never got a follow-up or thank you or an oil change or anything. Scheduling service is tiresomely difficult and I bought my new F350 last year and never got a follow-up or thank you or an oil change or anything. Scheduling service is tiresomely difficult and the wait is long. I came in 3 times to get tires rotated at quick service and each time the wait exceeded 90 minutes. The last time they told me to come back tomorrow. More
