We took my son’s car in to check out squeaks in the brakes and steering. We had an appt. The worst service advisor , Nick Wright , helped when we went to check on an update after 2 hours. We could see the car sitting in the same place it had been sitting for 2 hours. He told us”they are literally test driving it now” I said I think it’s there and hasn’t moved. He said “next time I will have them park it somewhere else so you won’t think it hasn’t been moved”. So I asked well how long has it been back because nobody told us it was ready? He said “Well if I was a mind reader I would have called you earlier”. At that point we just got the paperwork and left. They have lost 2 customers today because of Nick Wright and his apparent hatred for his job. We will NOT go back. I had to give him a 1 star but he doesn’t deserve anymore than a zero. More

Shame on chevy for making vehicles and not training thier mechanics how to fix the issue. Thar being said, shame on the dealership for charging for a service they could not fix because they havent a clue. Th mechanics how to fix the issue. Extremely Unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've been coming to this dealership for some time and I never had an experience like this. Instead of trying to help Nick simply AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've been coming to this dealership for some time and I never had an experience like this. Instead of trying to help Nick simply gave me a bill for $1600 to REPLACE A BATTERY. When asked why I can't have inspected per warranty ( brand new suburban with 30k miles on it (mind you). Nick with sarcasm replied that it is "self explanatory and that i shouldn't waste his time asking for an explanation. Sorry we're not all service advisors Nick! More

As on several previous occasions Christian assisted me in a professional yet friendly manner. This was the second time in about 16 months that I traded two vehicles in for two new vehicles. Christian is very a professional yet friendly manner. This was the second time in about 16 months that I traded two vehicles in for two new vehicles. Christian is very highly product knowledgeable and when asked is very open to share his thoughts and opinions, in a very positive way. Over the last 4 1/2 years I have purchased ten vehicles from Mealey and Christian has been involved with them all .... thanks Christian! Hats off also to JC the key Corvette "guy" at Mealey - very knowledgeable about everything Corvette! More

𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗗: Don Mealey Chevrolet of Clermont, FL at all costs. Their service department (whom had possession of my new 2021 Tahoe for 3 weeks due to a recall) caused front end damage to my front bumper costs. Their service department (whom had possession of my new 2021 Tahoe for 3 weeks due to a recall) caused front end damage to my front bumper which was custom painted black to hide the chrome accents. They also caused damage (scratches and a curb dent) to 1 of my custom 26” rims ($1,200 per rim), and that’s not even including the satin paint job that I had paid $250 (per rim) for. On top of this all, I was promised that GM would reimburse me for up to $40/day for a rental (since this is the only dealership I’ve encountered after 20+ years, and dozens of vehicles) that does not provide a loaner to their customers). Neil Wright (the service manager) had agreed verbally via email that Don Mealey Chevrolet would cover the cost of their damage, acknowledging that they were liable for the cause. He also ignored my email with my rental receipt (which exceeded $40/day as there’s nowhere on earth you can rent a full sized SUV for that price), so I ended up paying $80+ a day (eating $40/day x 3+ weeks out of my own pocket). Neil Wright has ignored both of my emails with the bodyshop estimate, as well as phone calls. All I needed to know was how the payment would be handled, as in: A) would Don Mealey Chevrolet prefer to pay the bodyshop directly or B) should I pay the bodyshop and get reimbursed via Don Mealey Chevrolet. So while I continue to get zero communication from Don Mealey Chevrolet and/or Nick Wright, I will be paying the bodyshop directly to have the work done and then I will be handling this matter in small claims court to recoup my losses, not only from their damage to my SUV, but for the $40/day rental coverage that I was never reimbursed on. More

Thank you so much for handling the recent problems with our Motorhome. The Service Advisor, Nick Wright was courteous and very helpful in keeping us informed of the ongoing repairs.
