This isn't targeted at management but to inform them of what has went on: I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided to my mother here at Larry H Miller Nis what has went on: I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided to my mother here at Larry H Miller Nissan Service Dept. She's brought her vehicle in multiple times due to a gas smell, but your technicians were unable to replicate the problem and sent her away. This occurred while her warranty was still active. Now that her warranty has expired, they have finally identified a leak that has cost approximately $2,000 to repair. This situation could have been avoided if proper attention had been given to diagnosing and fixing the issue when she first reported it. As a result, I will be filing a claim with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission if we can't rectify this situation and come to an appropriate resolution to make things right! Additionally, I would like to inform current and prospective buyers that any extended warranties, GAP insurance, or Tire and Wheel Contracts are fully cancellable. To cancel, simply call the number listed on your contracts to request a cancellation. You will receive a percentage refund based on the mileage driven and the duration of vehicle ownership. As an expert in auto lending, I consistently raise these concerns with senior management to prevent similar issues from arising in the future. This is especially important when funding loans where consumers may struggle to fully utilize their warranties, as it can result in financial challenges for them. More

Had a very trying interaction with the service advisor about labor costs and not being fair to the customer. Left the dealership headed elsewhere, called the service manager to give him my take on his se about labor costs and not being fair to the customer. He listened and did his own research on the situation, we came to an agreement and all parties in the end are happy. More

Overall a great experience with this dealership. Great deal on vehicle, good and friendly sales team and super fast financing department (once there). I arrived at the dealership at 7:45pm and left at midnight. More

If I could give zero stars, I would. We received a full service on Friday 8/9 and accepted all recommendations made by the dealership for the car. After $1,000 later, our car stopped working 5 days later. They had no plausible solution and took no ownership that they didn’t do a full inspection. Customer service is atrocious. Asked to be removed from all solicitation or contact and will never return to this location. More
