CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS GATE'S FIRST PRIORITY On December 2013, we purchased a used 2008 GMC Sierra from Gates. Over a 13 month period, we experienced several problems with the truck that were unf On December 2013, we purchased a used 2008 GMC Sierra from Gates. Over a 13 month period, we experienced several problems with the truck that were unforeseen at the time of purchase. We called our salesman, Ralph Clement and told him about our concerns. He related our conversation to his General Manager, Denny Gates who contacted us. Denny told us to come down and he would do his best to make sure we were satisfied. We met with Ralph who gave us all the information about the 2015 Nissan Rogue which turned out to be perfect for our needs. Even though we owed more on the truck than the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value, Denny approved the balance owed on the loan as the trade-in value and Nick Truax worked with us to make sure our monthly payment was what we had budgeted for. Denny and our team of Ralph and Nick went above and beyond what we believe any other dealership would have done to satisfy their customer. Vehicles come and go, however a dealership is only as good as the people who represent that dealership and the product that it sells. We know Gates GMC Nissan will be around for a long time making "Customer Satisfaction" their first priority. Thanks for caring. More

Outstanding buyer eperience at Gates Nissan. In my short sixty plus years of driving I have dealt with many dealerships when purchasing new and used vehicles. I had planned on purchasing a new ve In my short sixty plus years of driving I have dealt with many dealerships when purchasing new and used vehicles. I had planned on purchasing a new vehicle on my return to Florida, however, an add caught my attention and I called the sales office at Gates and spoke with Rick Ackel. With his dedication and honest approach it was a no-brainer I would be purchasing a new vehicle. He made sure that my terms were considered when it came time to make a decision and within three days I was extremely pleased to close a deal on a new 2015 Nissan Rouge. Then add in the dreaded hour or so working with the finance person and the multiple forms required to close on a new car. In some instances, this is where the deal could go sour with the possible addition of costs not fully explained in the negotiating phase. This was not the case at Gates. The finance person, Nick Truax, was so professional, so well organized, and so knowledgeable, that the process was actually a pleasant experience. Nick explained everything and every form so the encounter was actually a learning experience for me. Gates should be proud to have employees of the caliber of Rick Ackel and Nick Truax, and that is why I would recommend Gates to future potential buyers. More
