Terrible customer service from sales people- Jonathan passed us to Gina who got an attitude during negotiations. Delivered dirty vehicle after purchase. I get its business. But don’t go around promising anything you cannot keep. On first hand I was promised 33000 for a trade in truck and I was okay with it then before si But don’t go around promising anything you cannot keep. On first hand I was promised 33000 for a trade in truck and I was okay with it then before signing I told them I’m going to think about it and they said we will give you an extra 2,000 if you do it today and it made me feel better. When you look at the paper and numbers they put the trade in value for 30,000 which isn’t what I was initially told and I have a witness who can vouch when they said $33,000. It’s really disappointing for me not be able to trust to go buy a car anymore I’m in love with the truck I got but really dissatisfied with the transaction. I wouldn’t recommend my friends or family to come here. More

"I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at a Toyota dealership. After spending five hours trying to negotiate a deal that I was comfortable with, I left feeling exhausted and disappointed. Howev Toyota dealership. After spending five hours trying to negotiate a deal that I was comfortable with, I left feeling exhausted and disappointed. However, just ten minutes after leaving, the manager reached out to inform me that they could offer me the deal I initially wanted. Excited to proceed, I promptly replied, only to be met with radio silence. It's baffling to me that after investing so much time and effort, the manager, Frankie Campbell, would simply ghost me. To add insult to injury, during the negotiation process, both Nick and Frankie suggested a shady practice of surrendering my car to the bank in order to make the sale. This unethical behavior only compounded my frustration. In summary, they ran my credit, wasted five hours of my time, and then conveniently found the deal I wanted as soon as I walked out the door, only to ignore me completely afterwards. It's an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience." More

I was initially promised a vehicle in 2 weeks. It took almost 7 to deliver. During this time period, the only updates i could get was asking for one. Most promises and deals are hand written on paper which then mysteriously disappears. I was offered 5.59 apr, which ended up being 6.75... payment was as promised so far. I was also promised, due to the delay of the vehicle, that my windows would be tinted. This was agreed to but they failed to mention that the rear windows came tinted from the factory. They then stated they could not make the front windows darker due to laws... Which i know are false because the last car i got from them, also new, had front windows tinted. Overall... Avoid this dealer. The only reason i came back was to get rid if my original lease with them. More
