Before I came to Rallye my experiences were nightmares. Rallye makes them dreams. My Sales Advisor is Nick Soldo who has been with me for going on 15 years. His honesty, no pressure salesmanship and personality and let me add patience, made this past experience the best! It is a no-brainer experience. Nick finds the car that fits your budget and I don't do another thing until the vehicle is delivered..and even then he walks me down to see it. He is on top of every detail and goes above and beyond. His sense of humor and genuine care for each customer is why we all return and there are many of us. Last week upon pick up I was fortunate to have Joe Giangarra deliver our car and go over the new features. His patience and his explanation of each detail made this pick up the best that we have ever experienced. This same car was leased at another dealership by someone at my job who paid $45 more a month than I did! They also had issues with hidden costs. I am happy to say my experience was to the penny and again, my Advisor Nick Soldo ensured that every detail to the last penny was explained. The Dealership goes above and beyond for the consumer after the car rolls out of the showroom. The GREAT experience doesn't end until the day you turn the car in for another. I doubt that you could find a more elegant showroom and service area and more importantly quality and professional service advisors. The service work is always completed in timely fashion. As for the client advisor, Nick Soldo, he never lets you down with either a competitive quote and incredibly sincere advise. It is always such a pleasure working with Nick unlike the dreaded experience buying or leasing a car elsewhere. We see no reason why we wouldn't be a Rallye BMW customer for years to come. More
