The service department is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my years of owning a vehicle. Poor customer service skills & unprofessional. Car was left sitting in service lot for 2 months. GM did b dealt with in my years of owning a vehicle. Poor customer service skills & unprofessional. Car was left sitting in service lot for 2 months. GM did bare minimum to address the issues. CEO needs to be aware of how his own service departments are being run. More

We went in for our first oil change - took our jeep right away and gave us a car so we didn't have to sit around. Everyone was very friendly! The only issue was that we just had the jeep washed and it was away and gave us a car so we didn't have to sit around. Everyone was very friendly!
