They were supposed to call back on a defective tire and I have never heard a thing from them. When I left a message on the web site all I got was calls every couple of hours from there sales reps trying to have never heard a thing from them. They did a great job with my car . I went to the dealer where I bought my car and they couldn't get it in for over a week later I called vision and they had it in the next day. I was very impressed and the speed at which fixed my car . I'm considering going to them when I'm ready to trade. More

Brought my car in for recall and purchased some additional items( transmission fluid clean out, fluid change out axl/transfer case I believe, and a trim piece). When received the car back there was additional items( transmission fluid clean out, fluid change out axl/transfer case I believe, and a trim piece). When received the car back there was a loud noise. I texted the next day and got no response. After 2 weeks I called and got no answer and then texted and the response was essentially we just changed fluids and it shouldn’t cause noise but they would check it out when I brought it back in to finish the trim piece. Well another week goes by and I still don’t hear from anyone and I have no idea if this noise is causing more damage. So I call and get no answer. Then I write a frustrated text on a Friday and they get me in on Monday. The noise appears to be gone and it was explained that they didn’t secure something properly. I get that and would have been fine with that if there were same urgency was shown to fix it as is was to sell me the additional services. More
