Have bought numerous Toyotas from Nick R and he is very friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy. He is easy to communicate with and when the car was delivered did a great job of showing all the features friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy. Also, she did a great job of explaining all of the extra plans that were avaiable for purchase yet was not pushy and when we said no to some she honored my decision. More
