I had purchase a vehicle and it was an all cash sale and it took two days to even complete the entire process. It has been a year almost since I purchased my vehicle and I still don't have a title to my ful it took two days to even complete the entire process. It has been a year almost since I purchased my vehicle and I still don't have a title to my fully paid vehicle. By law it must be 21 days or I can get a full refund for my vehicle. I have called I have emailed I have talked to a million people and cannot get the title and it has not been mailed to me either. What is going on? I'm already having problems with the vehicle that barely has 12,000 miles on it and I have to take it in for warranty work. I can never get an appointment with service here and I actually had to go to a different Honda dealership for service because they got me in faster and they were cheaper to get a basic oil change and some other things done. More

I have had a horrific experience with this dealership and especially with Nick! They knowingly sold me a car that FAILED inspection because it was unsafe (leaking fuel and leaking oil from the engine), wi especially with Nick! They knowingly sold me a car that FAILED inspection because it was unsafe (leaking fuel and leaking oil from the engine), without disclosing or repairing those issues. I was told to bring the vehicle back after pointing out to them that the vehicle failed inspection, and was provided a loaner vehicle. After 2 weeks with no word or updates I was told my vehicle was repaired and ready. I asked for them to email me the service/repairs report (since I live almost 2 hours away) before I came to pick up the vehicle and was told they "can't do that." Since I asked to see the report I have been told that they did not in fact take it to the dealership they told me would be working on it, then I was told it was a shop in another city, then I was told the shop is owned by a friend of the dealership's manager. Since then (over 7 weeks ago, I have sent multiple emails, left numerous messages, tried calling several times per week, and was completely ignored. Until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Finally my salesperson reached out, when I asked to speak with the manager Nick finally picked up the phone. He rudely informed me they will not give me the service repair records from the shop who worked on my car, nor will they refund me and buy the car back from me, and on top of that he told me they are going to charge me for the rental and send a tow truck to repossess it from my home! Nick was ignored every communication, every opportunity to fix this respectfully, and after nearly 8 weeks of this mess finally spoke to me on the phone only to be rude and threaten to send a tow to my home. THE EPITOME OF HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have asked for the owner's information but I sincerely doubt I will get that information either. More
