This was absolutely the best car buying experience my wife and I have had in a long long time. When we arrived at the dealership we where immediately greeted and ask if we where talking to sales represen wife and I have had in a long long time. When we arrived at the dealership we where immediately greeted and ask if we where talking to sales representative we gave him Nicks name. He greeted us moments later and informed us that he was finishing up with another customer and would be with us in a few minutes.He told us that he sent the vehicle over to the detail shop when as soon as we left him know we where in route to the dealership. We live in Charlotte County so we had a hour and a half ride to the dealership. He took my wife and myself to the detail shop where it was just being finished up. We were invited to take it for a test drive. . The dealership was very busy that day and he seemed to have a lot going on but thru the whole process treated us as though we where his only customers that day. We were treated honestly and fairly and got a very nice used Denali at great price point. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Nick and Rivard. The bottom line is we where treated with courtesy and respect from the time we drove onto the dealership until and after we left the dealership. More

This is a follow on purchase from this delership. While almost everything was seamless, when you don't want a service, YOU DON"T WANT A SERVICE!!!! I live in Crestview, FL. Rivard is located in Tampa While almost everything was seamless, when you don't want a service, YOU DON"T WANT A SERVICE!!!! I live in Crestview, FL. Rivard is located in Tampa which is 6 hours away. Everything is handled over the phone. While investigating warranty purchases, we looked at GMC's and IWS, through our Credit Union. We decided to go with IWS, and emailed Nick Ricketts to cancel the GMC warranty. I forwarded the PAL as an attachment but never received a reply. It's now a week later we have the truck but the GMC warranty was never cancelled. I'm now scrambling to get this taken care of with our credit union. As the Customer, this is a big frustration. Do Better Nick!!! More
