I chose to complete my purchase online to avoid unnecessary conversations and pressure. Since I had secured my own financing, I expected a smooth process. Kai is the place to purchase a Vehicle. I wouldn’t purchase a Vehicle from any other Dealership. Reason being, you are treated with respect and caring. From the Sales Department, the Recept I wouldn’t purchase a Vehicle from any other Dealership. Reason being, you are treated with respect and caring. From the Sales Department, the Receptionist and the Service Department. Service Department is unreal, reason being, as soon as you pull up to be serviced, a Representatives is there to get your vehicle ready to be serviced and in reasonable time! I have left Nick Perry a message this morning and also sent an email to him because there’s been issues since I have purchased the car since March 8 and just received a letter that I was not financed and sent an email to him because there’s been issues since I have purchased the car since March 8 and just received a letter that I was not financed and yet nobody will call me back not Brad and finance I have spoke to him. I also left an urgent message and this is a little frustrating because my old car payment which was not paid off is due tomorrow I have left a message that even though I purchased the new car March 8 and nothing is really been accomplished. I originally brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I will be there tomorrow to pick it up and drop off the new car. I will need my tag transferred back to my car and I hope all of this is accomplished by the time I get there tomorrow. More

Though this is my third vehicle leased or purchased from DeLand KIA, I could NOT be more disappointed. The sales person and his manager agreed on two items: trade in value for my car and $2,000 under MSRP DeLand KIA, I could NOT be more disappointed. The sales person and his manager agreed on two items: trade in value for my car and $2,000 under MSRP for the cap rate for lease purposes. They did NOT honor their commitment for the cap rate. I had already surrendered my old car and was late for an appointment commitment (which they knew). When I questioned their tactics later, they said they made up for it in the rebate. We never had a discussion about rebate. As a three time customer, I was already eligible for the rebate. They owe me a $2,000 concession on the cap rate (simply, our agreement).
