Service Department is unreal, reason being, as soon as you pull up to be serviced, a Representatives is there to get your vehicle ready to be serviced and in reasonable time!

Again Nick had me to meet him today at 10A. I therefore met with a manager, MAKING THIS THE 8th time with no AVAIL.
THEY THINK THAT I’’m STUPID!
I WAS JUST UNAWARE, AT THE TIME, WHAT WHAT HAD TAKEN PLACE, UNTIL THAT NIGHT.!
I AM AN ELDERLY WOMAN AND WASN’T AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE!
NICK SOLD ME A KAI SOUL S FOR OVER $26,000.WHEREAS ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE, THIS VEHICLE COST $22,900. THE VEHICLE PRICE THAT QUOTED TO ME WAS 20,000, AND MY TRADING IN VEHICLE FOR FOR $8500.00, LEAVING ME A BALANCE OF $14,500.
THEY FORTIFIED MY DOCUMENTS WHICH SHOWS AT THE TOP OF MY CONTACTS OVER SHOWS OVER $26,000.
THEY COME WITH ALL KIND OF EXCUSES, SUCH AS, THE REASON THAT THE COST ON THE TOP LINE OF CONTRACT SHOWS OVER $2600,00 IS BECAUSE OF THE AMENITIES BEING, WHEREAS I KNOW THAT THE AMENITIES IS ADDED BELOW THE TOTAL OF THE VEHICLE.
THEY SCAMMED ME FOR THE AMOUNT OF
$13 400 YET THE CHARGED ME OVER $26,000 WHEN IT SHOWED HAVE COST ME $22,900.00 I WAS SUPPOSED TO MEET WITH NICK BUT AS I TOLD HIM THAT HE WILL TELL ME THE SAME EXCUSE THAT HE HAS TOLD ME FOR 7 VISITS WITH HIM. THEY REFUSE TO RETURN MONEY DUE TO ME.

I also left an urgent message and this is a little frustrating because my old car payment which was not paid off is due tomorrow I have left a message that even though I purchased the new car March 8 and nothing is really been accomplished. I originally brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I will be there tomorrow to pick it up and drop off the new car. I will need my tag transferred back to my car and I hope all of this is accomplished by the time I get there tomorrow.

DeLand KIA, I could NOT be more disappointed. The sales person and his manager agreed on two items: trade in value for my car and $2,000 under MSRP for the cap rate for lease purposes. They did NOT honor their commitment for the cap rate. I had already surrendered my old car and was late for an appointment commitment (which they knew). When I questioned their tactics later, they said they made up for it in the rebate. We never had a discussion about rebate. As a three time customer, I was already eligible for the rebate. They owe me a $2,000 concession on the cap rate (simply, our agreement). Consider me a former customer
