Absolutely do not go there to get a vehicle!!! If you do READ ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, do not sign anything and know what you will and won’t put up with. The only reason I give this a one star is because our sales guy Josh was amazing to work with but he is much better than that company and should find another dealership to represent! Financial advisor/person Brendan admitted to “padding the documents in order to get the person financed”. I will never go to any dealership in Lake City ever again. Fortunately they had paperwork back tracking and I will be able to reverse my loan on their 2018 BMW X5 35i and in a few months my credit should go back up. Avoid the tall annoying financial guy with a funny hair cut lol. Avoid if you can! Or ask for Josh! More

Bought a used car on a Monday and by Wednesday the car was overheating and the AC didn’t work. They lie about being helpful and about their cars. They don’t do a full inspection and their mechanics defini was overheating and the AC didn’t work. They lie about being helpful and about their cars. There should be a lemon law on used cars then maybe they would do better!!!! Do not buy from here!!! More
