Dealership was good about fixing a delivery issue with my new car and being flexible when I had to reschedule my appointment. Was told it would be ready and it took 1 hour, 40 minutes. The dealership people were fine. Dylan was really great. I’m well old enough to be his mom and I feel like he kind of treated me like « mom age » (which I found sweet). I promi Dylan was really great. I’m well old enough to be his mom and I feel like he kind of treated me like « mom age » (which I found sweet). I promised him that when it came time for a survey I was going to comment on how old and outdated the inside of the dealership felt. The seats in the show room were peeling and there was a brewed coffee machine and in the service waiting room was older furniture. In comparing that with other dealerships I was in - as I was looking at cars - it fell considerably short in terms of comfort and amenities. Not that this should be that important, but I had to wait in the waiting area a couple times in the last 6 weeks and it wasn’t overly comfortable or welcoming. More

Great dealership, if you haven’t bought a new car in a while, things have changed. The Ganleywest salespeople are not your “tipical” car dealer. They are informed, friendly and not at all pushy.
