Nick was extremely helpful. We actually enjoyed doing business with him. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner. We had looked elsewhere before we came to Beaverton Honda And I have to say we were not particularly happy about the sales people. My wife and I were both very satisfied with the way the process was conducted. Nick even convinced me that I should add several extra cost items to the package. And I have to say that it was not an easy thing to do. that being said, I am glad I did add them. We also appreciated that Beaverton Honda did not xxxxx the, over MSRP surcharge, to the price of the car. If anyone asks we will definitely tell them we are very satisfied customers. All in all the whole customer experience went smoothly. It's nice to see some dealerships and sales people know how to treat their customers. More

We bought a Honda CRV 2023 last month from Beaverton Honda. Nick was the sales representative during the purchase. It was a very amusing experience with Nick since he was caught being blatantly dishones Honda. Nick was the sales representative during the purchase. It was a very amusing experience with Nick since he was caught being blatantly dishonest about the most obvious after-sales services at the dealership. Nick initially told us that Beaverton Honda did not provide the mandatory 2-year after-sales service for brand-new cars in an effort to make us buy the 5-year long dealership after-sales service. He also tried to charge us an additional $986 for sealant that Honda already applied at the factory. He eventually walked back on his mendacious sales tricks when we showed disinterest in buying the car from the dealership. Overall, it was an unpleasant interaction with a stupid dealership agent. I bought a vehicle here and within the next day there was a power problem. When I contacted them they said they would pay for it and then they backed out and said they wouldn't. It needed a new cylinder coil a power problem. When I contacted them they said they would pay for it and then they backed out and said they wouldn't. It needed a new cylinder coil. Don't trust them.
