Sales People I dealt withh were great. Finanical department shady. We were going to finance through Community America Union and the last 2 cars we purchased we were approved for loans while on the department shady. We were going to finance through Community America Union and the last 2 cars we purchased we were approved for loans while on the phone in less than 5 minutes as van price was $40,165.00 with a down payment of $5000.00 leaving a balance of $35165 to finance. They said they would handle it and credit Union gave them $100.00 fee and they would give that to us which we havent seen which we purchased on a Monday and would pick it up on Friday. We live in Oak Grove and our daughter droped us ff at 7;15 AM which we were told it would be 9AM after meeting to process paper work we we had no problem with. It was after 11AM before we got out of there. They came out first with the paper work for $48.000.00 as they marked the price up. We said know loan wwas to be for 35,165 for 60 months. They went back and came out with the paperwork for 60 months at 3.74%. I said no that was not right as Community credit Union told me the rate on a new vechile was 2.99 %. They finally came back with the correct paperwork. We both have a credit score of 820+ and a week later we each got a letter FND Bank in PA that we had been denied a loan with them and no reason why. Why were they even involved in this. How many other people were unaware they were being taken advantage of More
