Nick enjoys spending time with friends and family. He also loves going to concerts and movies, riding the Monon and Culture Trail, and checking out new restaurants in Indy. My wife and I are from southern Indiana and was visiting a relative for thanksgiving. Since we were going to be there and we needed to replace a second vehicle, I printed out info on one vehicle. When we arrived at the dealer, we were greeted warmly, as if they had known us a long time. My sales rep, Ermir, was very professional and knew everything about this car when I asked questions. He did not pressure us to buy. We had to do a lot of extra things such as go to a branch of my bank to get a cashiers check. I most likely would not buy there again due to their location in relation to ours, but, who knows. It certainly would not have anything to do with how we were treated. Bought a used car from this place and one week later the check engine light turns on. Called the dealership, left a voicemail did not call back until after 6 and was not able to return call because dealer w check engine light turns on. Called the dealership, left a voicemail did not call back until after 6 and was not able to return call because dealer was closed after 6. Called again Saturday morning and sent another voicemail, nobody called back till Monday morning and the lady said to bring the car in Wednesday morning and when I showed up on Wednesday then service consultant was very rude, acted like I didn't have an appointment, told me to sit in the waiting room while he tried to figure it out, waited 30 minutes in the waiting room, and then I had to go and ask the guy what was going on. He said they took the car back to check it and told me the Catalytic converter was on recall and to take it back to the Kia dealer took the car to the Kia dealer and the dealer said there was no recall on the Catalytic converter and then called speedway Subaru again and was sent to voicemail, by 4:30 no body called back so I went to the dealer. At the dealer I talked to the same rude service consultant he said all he knew about was Subaru and then walked away. Finally another person came out the office,I told him what was going on, he got the used car manager who basically told me the 3,000 mile warranty did not cover the part and there was nothing he could do and he walked away and I never saw him again. I asked another person to get the manager and the manager said his hands were tied because they were under new ownership but he would talk to the owner. He called me back the next day and said to take it to a shop they use and they would only charge me what they charged speedway Subaru. Went to the shop and the guy told me there is no special price, so if you like to be deceived and enjoy poor customer service please go to speedway Subaru. More

When I received the email from Betsy I didn't understand the what's and whys. So glad that I made the appointment. She answered several questions that has come up in the last few weeks.
