I just purchased a car from Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Now I truly understand what they mean when they say “Drive Happy!” Jim (Sales Manager), Nick (Sales Consultant), Brennan (Internet Representative), and John (Finance Manager) were an absolute pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, respected, and supported throughout the process. They were transparent, never pushy, and always willing to answer my (many!) questions with patience and honesty. It was clear that they genuinely cared—about the car, the deal, and most importantly, about me as a customer. They didn’t just meet expectations - they exceeded them. The entire process was smooth, respectful, and even enjoyable. These are good people who take pride in doing right by others. I was in the market for a bigger vehicle than the one I currently had. I went into Castle Hyundai in Chicago, and received great service from the time I walked in the show room. Nick my sales person let me currently had. I went into Castle Hyundai in Chicago, and received great service from the time I walked in the show room. Nick my sales person let me test drive a couple of options and even drove my daughter and I when I just didn't have it in me to test another vehicle lol. That is when I was able to make a compromise with myself about what I really wanted in my head and what was practical. My head was wrapped around getting another used car. I still owed a lot of money on my current vehicle being I only had it for little over a year, but both Nick and John were very patient as I made the hard decision in getting rid of my current vehicle and buying a new one. With all of the perks and warranties Hyundai gives you, it just made sense to not put more money into a vehicle that had 86,000 miles and invest in a new one. I thank Nick and John for helping me find a vehicle that had more room with many of the amenities I wanted to keep, and helped with getting my payments down without losing the perks. I will definitely come back to Castle Hyundai and recommend them to anyone. More
