Not the place for electrical service problems in Toyota vehicles. Battery in a 2020 loses charge, take it in, they load test, charge check alternator output. Great experience!! Website was easy to use to find a couple of used cars that might work good for us. I was looking for a used Toyota Corolla and they had a clean and go Website was easy to use to find a couple of used cars that might work good for us. I was looking for a used Toyota Corolla and they had a clean and good running one at a decent price. Their service department checked it over and put new tires on it before it went on the lot. They must have also performed an allignment because on the test drive, I felt the car ran as smooth as a much newer one would, (esp since I had owned a new Corolla very similar to it years ago). Drove it to KC with no problems. I'm sure it will be a great second car for years to come!!! Thank you Shayla for helping us with our purchase!!! (Kudos to Nick Harrell in service!!! I know I can get a reliable car when he is head of the service team!!! Nick is the main reason I went to Kirksville Motors) More

New Truck I was in a bind with our old truck (and our old dealership) and Richie and Nick got our truck to the dealership, and Nick and his team got it diagnose I was in a bind with our old truck (and our old dealership) and Richie and Nick got our truck to the dealership, and Nick and his team got it diagnosed. I ended up buying a new truck as with all the rebates at that time, it was the best thing financially for us. However, there was never any pressure towards any of the options I had (fix the old, buy a used one, buy a new one). Jim was wonderful in his communication to me, keeping me constantly updated. Richie also did a great job in keeping me updated, and Darius and Tyson took care of us promptly in the finance area. We had previously bought 2 used vehicles from them and they both are still running great, and even though they were low cost, the great service then was why I came back when we had this issue with our truck. I would definitely recommended Kirksville Motor Company and their staff, and I know we we will be customers again More
