Nick was absolutely fantastic, and I mean that. I drove him nuts. I hate the car buying process and event told Nick that upfront. This is for my Mother, Jacqueline, who has leased a new 2025 Trax RS; I was there to assist her, physically and emotionally. She had gone to Gateway Toyota, across from Lester Glenn (L.G.) Chevrolet fo 2025 Trax RS; I was there to assist her, physically and emotionally. She had gone to Gateway Toyota, across from Lester Glenn (L.G.) Chevrolet for a car repair. Surprisingly, she was told her engine needed serious repairs, $10k worth. While waiting for Toyota to complete their diagnosis, I suggested to her about possibly LEASING a vehicle, if it came down to it, since she doesn't do that much driving these days at 87 years young. We left Toyota and decided to check L G Chevy; she/we have always preferred GM/Chevy with our vehicles. We did a quick drive around the lot of what vehicles were available etc. and decide to inquire about one. As we were walking towards the showroom door, we were greeted by Nick Fratto. After giving him the details of why we were there, he showed us the one car we were curious about. Nick suggested a new Trax as would be better in a lease vs a sedan Mom had been in. She liked how the Trax drove but was enormously overwhelmed with the "bells and whistles" that comes with new vehicles these days. Much kudos goes to Nick for being most accommodating, very helpful and professionally patient with Mom, which gave her a good peace of mind. Nick ran the numbers for her. She was pleasantly surprised what Chevy was giving for the trade of her 2010 Camry on top of the "extra" discount she was getting because she works for Hunter Peterbilt. This led to her decision to go ahead with the deal. All-in-all WE were impressed and pleased with Nick, as well as the entire staff, who helped with the leasing deal. When it comes time for ME to get a newer vehicle, I/we will return to LG Chevy and will definitely ask for Nick. Keep up the great work! Thanks for making this as painless as possible. More
