have purchased 11 cars in my lifetime and purchasing my vehicle through Werner Mazda has been the experience I've ever had. Everyone I've interacted with have been friendly and comfortable to talk to, seem vehicle through Werner Mazda has been the experience I've ever had. Everyone I've interacted with have been friendly and comfortable to talk to, seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience. This is especially true because I didn't want to buy a vehicle but my SUV was beyond reasonable repair and I was grumpy about having to purchase a new vehicle (lol). We went to 7 dealerships in two days trying to find a replacement vehicle that fit my specs at a price I was comfortable with. Werner was the first dealership we visited and they set the bar high. From the moment I entered the dealership, I felt the laid back and efficient vibe. From my salesperson, Joe, to the management team - Nick and Rich, there was zero pressure, yet they made it known they wanted to earn my business. They all listened to what I wanted, addressed my concerns and gave me the information I needed to make my car buying decision. They even told me what I probably didn't need (that's rare). There are clear reasons they were the first and last dealership we visited to buy our new vehicle - a CX-90. Thanks for a great experience Werner Mazda!! More

Do not go to this dealership, I went due to the high regards of it being a friendly dealership I got tossed around to 4 different sales reps during the process, sent emails to Cameron and called, never regards of it being a friendly dealership I got tossed around to 4 different sales reps during the process, sent emails to Cameron and called, never returned any emails mails, also did not set up a insurance binder out the door, had to stop down 3 separate times due to them filing paperwork wrong, and still charged me almost a $550 admin fee, rediclouse! I have been to multiple different dealerships and never have I once been tossed around this much. How difficult is it to give proper emails and numbers. Lost a future customer will never buy from again. More
