Truck runs great after the new transmission was installed. Only complaint; when I picked up my truck the window was left cracked halfway down, there is a line on my window tint from being down for installed. Felt a little rushed and did not like that I dropped off my suv at 9am and told it would be ready early afternoon to only not have been given an update as to the time frame needing to be changed to the next my suv at 9am and told it would be ready early afternoon to only not have been given an update as to the time frame needing to be changed to the next day I called multiple times to get an update on my suv from 1-3pm only to finally be told around 430pm that it needs to stay till the next day. Poor communication with customer about progress of repairs being done. If update was given without me having to call multiple times there would have been no issue giving you guys 5 stars. Hopefully next time the communication on updating customer is better. More
