We are return customers to Regal, and I honestly won’t use another dealership besides them ever again. This go around, I was actually looking for a car for my dad, after his last car was totaled due to an use another dealership besides them ever again. With vehicle prices so high, it was hard to find exactly what he wanted where he lives locally, in the panhandle, that was affordable and checked all the criteria boxes. When we expanded our search, we found the perfect car with Regal, and were fortunate enough to have Nick Davis take our call. I cannot express in so many words how great he was. Nick was very professional, friendly, and helped us in every aspect. Our major concern was getting the vehicle to my parents (they’re older, traveling to Lakeland would have proven difficult for them). Nick reassured me from the start that everything would be easy, and he held to that promise; he had drivers that would deliver the vehicle with no problem at all. I could have cried. Chayton in finance was also incredibly helpful, making the transaction smooth and stress free. Overall amazing experience, I will always be grateful to these guys for all of their help! More

Nick Davis made my car shopping experience an absolute breeze. He was aggressive making the sale execute with all parties involved. Nick helped us find a beautiful 2024 Kia Soul for our daughter. It had all the bells and whistles and she fell in love with it right away. We told him what we were looking for in a car and he took the ti daughter. It had all the bells and whistles and she fell in love with it right away. The process was quick and easy and he was very considerate of our time. We were signing papers and on our way in no time. Nick was very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about cars. When we are in the market for a new car Nick will be our first contact. I normally get annoyed with the pressure of salespeople as I like to browse on my own until I find something but this was not the case with Nick. He gave us space when needed but was there if we had any questions and he provided the necessary information to help with our decision. This was Very pleasant experience.
