I’ve been a loyal customer with Team Nissan since the early 2000’s. I’ve purchased a brand new Pathfinder, Rogue, Quest, 4 Altima’s, and a Frontier from them. I purchased two used Frontiers as well. When early 2000’s. I’ve purchased a brand new Pathfinder, Rogue, Quest, 4 Altima’s, and a Frontier from them. I purchased two used Frontiers as well. When my kids got older and needed cars, I brought them to Team Nissan and we purchased a new Sentra and Versa. I count 12 vehicles there. I have always been treated fairly and with respect over the years but my most recent purchase was awful. I was mislead from the minute I walked in the door. I was told the 2021 Altima I wanted was out being test driven but they had other ones available. When I said no, I wanted the specific Altima I called about, they attempted to have me “sign now, and beat the others before they had a chance”. They didn’t want me to even test drive it. Just sign. I said no, I wanted to test drive it and then….. miraculously the Altima I wanted appeared out front. The negotiations were just as bad. My initial trade offer was insulting. Almost $5,000 under KKB value. They hid dealer incentives from me. I had to tell them what Nissan was offering and when I finally got the price and trade I wanted, they tricked me with a higher interest rate and then snuck in a ridiculous $1,800 protection package that I didn’t even want. Pin stripes, door guards and nitrogen filled tires for $1,800. When I told them I didn’t want it, they said it was already on the car but that was a lie too. I had to set up an appointment to have those dumb things put on and when it was done, they damaged my car. I will never purchase another vehicle from them which is a shame because my family and I obviously love Nissans. They already lost a sale with my middle daughter. She got a Mazda instead. This used to be a great dealership but the new regime has ruined it. They’re greedy and dishonest. It’s been a few months since this all took place but I got an e-mail from them tonight talking about how I’m part of their family and they care more about people then profit. They show all 5 star ratings and it just irritated me because none of it is true. More

Worst car dealer of all time. Was given quote on 2nd car from this dealer. Their quote was the same as for the first car. My son went to buy, and they took advantage of my 22 Was given quote on 2nd car from this dealer. Their quote was the same as for the first car. My son went to buy, and they took advantage of my 22 year old, even though we had purchased one car already, and had a firm quote for the 2nd. These folks charge my young son 30 % more then the quote. You could say it was my fault for trusting a dealer; learned that lesson the hard way. Complained to the dealer and Nissan, USA. No sympathy. Once my son signed, it was too late; 2nd car, on the phone rate quote. These folks lie, steal, and cheat to get their commission. Biggest lying cheaters, and I have bought about 10 new cars in 20 years. When they say "Fast", watch out for this one; he will pick every penny out of your pocket. More
