In this case, there was was a minor hiccup after the sale and delivery, which I brought to the attention of staff. Their reaction was swift and positive and they were committed to assuring a satisfactory outcome for me, which they did....problem solved in 30 minutes to my complete satisfaction. To me, after the sale events are a true test of commitment to good service and they passed the test with flying colors. Not to be over the top here but, while almost everyone professes a commitment to exceptional customer service, sadly few deliver. Palmer does deliver. More

Easy to Work With I'd been wanting a Jeep Grand Cherokee for some time now so I finally decided it was time to trade in my SUV and upgrade. I called the evening before I'd been wanting a Jeep Grand Cherokee for some time now so I finally decided it was time to trade in my SUV and upgrade. I called the evening before visiting and spoke to Roger who was very personable and helped me to feel like I was in good hands. He was about to leave for vacation so he connected me with Griffin who was also very friendly and easy to talk to. They texted me so I felt connected and prepared when I arrived the next morning. Griffin had already pulled a few Jeeps up to me. The first one I looked at was almost exactly like what I was looking for with even fewer miles and they made me an incredible offer - or so I thought. There ended up being an oversight on the original offer and it wasn't as fabulous as we all had hoped. I was really bummed and getting anxious because I needed to leave for work, but they insisted on showing me another Grand Cherokee that would be within my budget. I also liked this car, even though it had higher miles than I was looking for and it was sold "as is." They gave me an unbelievable deal and took my trade and sold me the Jeep all in, for just about what the car was worth. They basically discounted it what I owed on my previous car. DJ and Nick were flexible with me and did everything I asked when it came to structuring the deal. Great people and great service. It's not always perfect, but these guys definitely know how to make up for it. More
