On Tuesday 4/30 I came in for an oil change and when I had left, my driver door wouldn’t close correctly. When I noticed, I took a picture of the inside of the door which had fresh paint chipped from the had left, my driver door wouldn’t close correctly. When I noticed, I took a picture of the inside of the door which had fresh paint chipped from the door being bent. When I called the store, I talked to Adrian, my advisor and emailed him a picture. I came in and he immediately said, I showed my supervisor and we aren’t going to fix it but let me get him. After speaking to him for 2 minutes he went and got nick, the gm. Nick proceeded to call me a liar and that it was preexisting which it was not. He talked down to me as if I was nothing and told me he wouldn’t fix their mistake. Now I have a door that doesn’t shut right. I purchased the vehicle 12/26/23 and this is completely unacceptable. I took it to my mechanic and he did verify that it was new damage. After I purchased the vehicle I brought it to him to give it a look over so he has seen the vehicle beforehand. I would like my door fixed. I followed back up later Tuesday afternoon and said I would receive a call back but I have yet to get a call. More

Total Sham This dealership is a total joke ! I emailed about a car and requested the Carfax. What did I get in return ? Just the warranty page !!!!(later I f This dealership is a total joke ! Just the warranty page !!!!(later I found out the car had been wrecked when I demanded the full carfax) So I decided to go look at this car and when I got there I stood in the lobby for 8 mins waiting for anyone to acknowledge me for my appointment made ( while management sits behind desks doing nothing.. it must not be their job to talk w customers until they are pissed off. Note all I got was an apology email) Needless to say after test driving it and doing a visual inspection we sat down to talk numbers. This is the total sham of all.. I had a preapproval on financing ( I withheld that info to see what they would do! This is where it went bad to worse ! The finance manager was a total joke. He presented me with warranty pkgs with final payments. No breakdown of warranty cost, no tax, document fees, tags or anything … just final payments. Not to mention he ran my credit (i have a 830 credit score) and quoted me 1.2% higher than my preapproval. Their payments were $200 higher than my preapproved financing. I GLADLY walked out ! Don't waste your time here ! More
