To be charged over $20,000 for a repair on a card with 15,000 miles is insane! I had to pay to downgrade the battery because they don’t make it anymore. What’s worse is the radio broke the battery. And 15,000 miles is insane! I had to pay to downgrade the battery because they don’t make it anymore. What’s worse is the radio broke the battery. And I had to replace that too. No misuse just the radio decided to break and also break the battery. No warranty on a car we paid $300,000 for on any of this. All out of pocket and all defects with the car. This was the worst experience ever. More
