Horrible! !!!! My daughter was there to buy her first car with money she'd received from her father passing away recently. After a test drive she wanted to make !!!! After our salesman going back to talk to someone over and over we decided to pay sticker price including tax,title and fees. Well Garth and the man behind the curtain decided they WOULD NOT sell us the car!!!!!! Informed us they had other people looking at it that had either a trade in or were financing. Garth sweetly said it was ours if we wanted to "up" the offer!! I felt so sad for my daughter that she witnessed the gross display of greed at Russ Darrow. More

I spoke with Kelly Murray in the Sales Department and she was very upbeat and polite. We sat down at her desk and she asked me what I was looking for in a car. When we found out what my budget was she ga she was very upbeat and polite. We sat down at her desk and she asked me what I was looking for in a car. When we found out what my budget was she gave me options to choose from letting me test drive each one. All the while Kelly stayed very enthsiastic and polite. Four test drives later I picked a favorite out. She was very knowledgeable about each car and SUV I tested and answered any questions I had. She was kind enough to help me set up the Blue Tooth in my car just before I was ready to drive off with my new purchase. I'd highly recommend asking for her if visiting Russ Darrow Mazda in Greenfield for a car. More

If your smart you would not buy a vehicle from these people. They sold me a vehicle with a bad engine and never told me about it. The sticker that is usually in the window was never in the window when people. They sold me a vehicle with a bad engine and never told me about it. They just started shoving papers at me and told me to just sign them. Never did they give me a chance to look at what I was signing. A month and half later my vehicle is junk that I spent 11 thousand on and refuses to fix it at there cost. They sure don't care and have really bad customer service. I guess it should of been a sign when I had a appointment at 1145 to pick up my vehicle and 4 hours later I was still there waiting for my vehicle that I should of walked away. Should I also mention that they told me my vehicle was detailed and it never was and they said they put gas in it and never did. After being there for 4 hours already I just wanted to leave and get home for a different appointment that I had. More
