Was completely satisfied with dealership until. my latest service. I went in for oil change. Arrives at 930 am. At 1130 I walked outside and my vehicle was sitting by building. I went in and asked i my latest service. I went in for oil change. Arrives at 930 am. At 1130 I walked outside and my vehicle was sitting by building. I went in and asked if it was ready and he said yes I couldn't read the name on key tag. Why he couldn't read name on work order confuses me. After I got home I saw.where completion time.was 1036. I sat in the waiting area for a hour after my service was complete and no one bothered to notify me More
