I bought my Mercedes cla 250 2020 with 40k miles from sun Toyota holiday two month ago when i looked at the car when i first went to see it I told the sales man the car had an accident and the pumper was bro Toyota holiday two month ago when i looked at the car when i first went to see it I told the sales man the car had an accident and the pumper was broken and the headlight he said no accident the car-fax is clean 0 accident then I looked at the back the paint was coming off he said it’s normal we will take care of it then I test drive the car was driving fine but the AC was not working and was a noise coming out from the roof and the windshield is broke and the driver chair the leather was coming off …then the sales man got me the manager he looked at the car he said we will fix the headlight and paint the pumper and fix the AC and probably the noise is coming from AC then I went inside and w agree on the numbers and everything then he said we are not gonna change the hid light but we will fix it for you I said okay if you’re going to fix it it’s fine with me I bought the car after 5 days I dropped the car at service for 10 days to fix it they called said the car is ready and the AC no problem with it I took the car after an hour the AC stopped working and the noise still on I called no Cold air I called cliff in the service department he said bring the car back I went there cliff checked the car he confirmed that the AC is not working and I had a video recording the noise I showed it to him too then after couple of hours he called me said the sensor for the AC broken we order it and we will keep the car for serval days then after a week he called the car is ready I went to pick up the car after a day the AC is broken for the third time and the noise still on I can bear it then I called him he said bring the car I went back the check the car they said ohh we have to install a new software because this is Mercedes have a different stuff then the car stays there for like a week then I went to pick up the car the AC was working but it was a noise coming out from the vents of the AC like water and the there is a big noise when I turn on the AC come out from the motor then I called cliff I told him the AC has a noise and the Noise coming out from the roof I can still hear it he said okay come back but if it’s not related to what we did you are going to pay for it I told him of course it’s related I didn’t drive the car yet once you guys did the software whatever this water noise came out then technician looked at the car cliff came to me and said it’s not related I told him bring the technician to talk to him he said I don’t know what is this noise come from I never heard a noise like that before and he don’t know it’s related to what they did or not then cliff the service guy said if you want to pay for fix the car I can send it to Mercedes, I told him why you didn’t send it to Mercedes since day one he said I don’t have order to do that then I went to the manager I bought the car from his name is Bryan i told him my story he got me a different manager I don’t know his name he came to the service and ask them what’s wrong they said there is a noise come from the motor and from AC but is not related to what they did and the AC is getting cold air then the manager looked at me and said our business ends here please take your car and leave we are not gonna fix the car again we are done and he left, then I went back ask for Bryan this manager saw me looking for Bryan he came to me and said why you are still here ? I told him why you’re talking to me like that I bought a car for 35k less than a month and still broken he said leave the dealership now there is nothing to talk about i don’t need you here and I don’t want to see you here in my dealership anymore. And from that time I didn’t know what to do They should take the car from day one to Mercedes to fix it because they didn’t know how to fix it And the AC stopped working again And I didn’t forget the way the kik me out of the dealership and they didn’t even fix the car And now the car is sitting outside not to be fix More

Called Sun Toyota Dealership in Holiday,Fl on March 5,24. Inquired about a Mazda MX5 out the door price and was misled by Sales Associate. Test drove the car but kept asking for the out the door price and wa Inquired about a Mazda MX5 out the door price and was misled by Sales Associate. Test drove the car but kept asking for the out the door price and was always ignored, finally presented with the quote with questionable charges and no one was able to explain the purpose of the extra charges. Manager intervened and wasn’t able to explain. The frustration was evident and he turned sarcastic and disrespectful towards me. I declined the offer and left the dealership. On the next day morning hours Sales associate called me offering to have a better deal, he insisted to go back in order to sign the contract and file a credit application electronically which I did. Arrived at dealer and presented with documents to sign, it happens that it was the same situation with unexplainable fees, no answer on financing rate at all. I then questioned everything again and informed him that I couldn’t sign documents in blank with the financial rate and other information missing, that resulted in an unexpected reaction from Sales Associate complaining of me “messing around with his family “ since he stayed late at work because of me. I previously said to him when he called that I can stop by next day but he insisted since he’ll be off next day and needed to close the deal. He loose his composure and raised his voice stating how mad he was yelling how I messed with his family time. I told him that this situation was just business and nothing was personal at all in which he continued with aggressive behavior prompting me to leave as soon possible in fear of Physical escalation. I have never encountered such situation in my life and I’m a Retired and Combat Disabled USMarine. More
